Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping options and rates

Available UPS and USPS shipping options and their prices are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.

Tracking and delivery

We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change after a package is in transit.

Delays and questions

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe provided at checkout, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and the option to cancel for a full refund. For questions about an order, email hello@southernoaksskincare.com with your order number.
